Cancellation Policy
- Order Cancellations:
- Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any penalty. Please contact us immediately at reprallyanthony@gmail.com/402-807-3307 to cancel your order.
- After Shipment: Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may be eligible for a return or refund (see the Return Policy below).
- Custom or Special Orders:
- Custom orders or large bulk purchases (over $8500 cannot be canceled once confirmed, as they are processed immediately to meet demand.
Return and Refund Policy
- Eligible Products:
We accept returns for:- Non-perishable items (e.g., packaged snacks, non-alcoholic beverages, smoke supplies) within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Non-Returnable Items:
Due to health, safety, and quality control reasons, the following items are non-returnable:- Perishable goods (e.g., fresh food, refrigerated items)
- Opened products or items with tampered seals
- Tobacco products or smoke supplies that have been opened or partially used
- Damaged or Defective Products:
If you receive a damaged or defective product:- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
- We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on product availability.
- Restocking Fee:
A 10% restocking fee may apply for returned items unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, damaged goods, etc.).
Exceptions and Disclaimers
- Bulk Orders: Orders over $10,000 may have different cancellation or return terms based on the contract.
- Quality Assurance: All returns are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that do not meet our return criteria.
How to Request a Cancellation, Return, or Refund
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the product was defective or incorrect.
